"Risk Group" needed as a report condition
I am sure this has been raised before and discussed before but I cannot find anything, sorry if I am duplicating....
There is a requirement for a "Risk Group" is/is not in the report conditions.
Currently the reports run per insurer or per scheme, however, if you have one insurer for different risk groups in a scheme but only want to report on one risk group the report will run for all cases in that scheme whether or not there is cover in place for that particular risk group. So for example:
If you had 100 liability cases with insurer A, and 3 cases had tools cover (also with Insurer A), there is no way to run a report for just those cases with Tools.
Currently you need to run the report, get the 100 cases reported, export to excel, remove the 97 irrelevant cases. However, if there were MTAs with a £0 premium you may well end up removing cases that should be there.
Having a "Risk Group" condition would help with reports a lot. You could enter the Risk Group ID manually or by drop down selection, either is fine.
Thank you

Hi Natalie,
We have a new Condition in the reports area in the next release which is Risk Group Insurer so that cases only get selected where there is a match for that Insurer in the selected Risk Group - in other words cases will not be selected just because the Insurer exists somewhere in another Risk Group you are not reporting on.
This sounds like it may resolve the issue you have here ?
Regards
Colin
