Mark has raised an excellent feature request here, and in all honesty i thought this would have already been done or planned. As we specialise in Property owners insurance we often see at least one portfolio of multi premises a day, and at present we cannot offer one policy to include all risks. Meaning a very long-winded process of locating / searching for risks.

As Mark as indicated above we only need to duplicate the premises specific information, as a lot of the data regarding the insured i.e claims history correspondence address DOB etc.. Will remain the same.

Although i must say we can see up to 100 properties for one policy therefore i wouldn't want to see a cap to the amount of risks added to one policy.

I really hope we can see this implemented.

    Kindest regards

    Ben

Hi Ben, At this time unfortunately not.  We have a feature planned which will automatically link cases together based on their client record;  we expect this to prove useful for multi-premises business;  no other features of this kind are planned currently.

    kind regards
    Chris

We have many blocks of flats on cover that have multiple tenancies in each flat, at present because the system cannot do multiple tenancies on one policy we have to individually cover each flat seperatly. This becomes very time consuming for staff but clients hate having so much paperwork. If one client had 2 blocks of flats with 6 in each block thats 12 individual schedules we would have to produce, surely something can be done?

As this is topic was raised some time ago, i thought i would test the water to see if things had moved on at all, with a view to this feature being back on the agenda (hidden or other)

    Many thanks

    Ben

I must say i am very pleased this feature request is planned as multi premises is a massive part of our business with 3 to 4 portfolios a day! To that end do we have an ETA as to when this will be implemented?

    Thanks

    Ben
