Renewals not invited report

We currently have the ability in reports to see:

Renewals Due

Renewals Invited

However, the Renewals Due report includes the renewals that have already been invited.  So when this report is run (to be used for us to create our renewals) we have to remember "how far we got" with our renewals (as the renewals at top of the list have likely already been invited).

If we could get a report that only showed the Renewals Due that have not yet been invited, this would really help with our renewals process.

  Hi Natalie,

  I have just had a look at your Renewals Due report - the normal Conditions that we have on these are ;

  Record Type is not Adjustment

  Status is On Cover, Cancelled

  Renewed is False

  Yours does not currently have the Renewed is False part - if you add this I think it will resolve the issue that you have.
