Improve endorsement formatting

I would like to be able to indent endorsements. This is something that a lot of our brokers have asked for at some point but it's not currently available in the Schemeserve editor. 

I've attached an example endorsement to show how we would use Indents.

  I was just about to add a ticket for this myself, so I'd add my vote to this!

  Not only indenting, but I would also like the ability to select between numbered and lettered bullet lists with automatic formatting of indented lines (to i) ii) or a) b)) as you'd expect to see in MS Word.

  For the endorsements section, you can already add various types of bullet points. Round, square, numbered, alphabetic, roman numerals etc.  Theres no indent though. 

  I'll add a vote for it too!
