Allow additional information to be shown against case search results
CompletedCurrently the system shows the following information on the "Search for Cases" screen:
- Case Number
- Scheme Name
- Agent Name and Code
- Client Name and Code
- Site
- Premium type (First/Adjustment/Renewal)
- Policy Status (Quotation, On Cover etc.)
- Inception Date
- Expiry Date
- Creation Date
We would like the option to select which of these we see and allow additional fields including:
- Net Premium
- Total Premium
- Insurer(s)
- Created by
- Last updated by
This would make scanning through referrals much easier and allow us to prioritise certain cases (by user/premium indicated etc.)

I can see everyone wanting different things from this so would suggest that if it is considered it could be done in 2 stages:
Stage 1 - Allow the selection of "System" or "Client Fields" which would be standard across all scheme types.
Stage 2 - Add report type functionality which would allow for scheme questions or answers to be added such as Trading Address, Trade etc.)

I have to agree with Bens comments, portfolios of residential business is very common.
At the moment each risk we place on the system has a different case number. Using a 10 property portfolio in the name of smith.
We load ten properties, ten times with ten case numbers, we need to keep all case numbers together so we have a record of the clients portfolio. So then we manually produce an excel spreadsheet that lists each risk and upload it to one file so we have a way of searching all the case numbers for that client easily.
However if the broker calls a few months later, they want to adjust 4 properties on the portfolio, we search by broker then client. We have to go into each of the 10 records to read each risk address to them. It would be so much easier if we could just see each risk address on the front screen.
Portfolios take long enough to process and it does not give a very good impression when we have to keep the broker on hold whilst we have to click through all the records on the system to find all the addresses.
