New Status - Referred to Underwriter

We currently have a status of "More Info" which shows us that we are waiting for additional information from a client or broker and saves us looking at the same case every day.

It would be equally useful to have a status of "Referred to Underwriter" for cases where we have to refer up the chain for approval.

This would also allow us to create a referral document on changing to this status which could be emailed as normal.

  I was just about to raise this as a feature request, glad to see it is already here.

  This additional status would really help our staff manage all the quotes on the system.

  I know it has been over 2 years but could you take another look into this please?
