Prevent or Warn user if they are changing a date if there is a later policy

Currently if you have a 1st premium on cover and create and MTA it is possible to change the dates of the 1st premium.

Whilst this offers flexibility it is potentially dangerous as users may end up updating the 1st premium by mistake thinking it is the MTA.

If removing this ability is too restrictive perhaps a warning could pop up "You are attempting to change a policy where a later policy exists".... or something like that.
