Set in Rating Matrix to only Set in specific risk group

In the rating matrix there is a Set link which allows you to put in an overall premium that you want to use - this then creates a load to inflate the premium as necessary.

At present this will just apply the amount across the case as a whole - would it be possible to change this so that it sets the premium in the Risk Group only in which its being used ?
