Move Questions from Page to Page in same Scheme

Would it possible to have a way to move Questions from one page to another (in the same Scheme) either by being able to easily edit the code that defines this or even better a drag and drop option ?

  You can do this in the code.  Do an export of the question set, edit the file then reload.

  I have only done this once, it took a while I must admit, the layout takes a while to get your head around.  But I guess it is one of those things that if you do it often enough.....  I guess your key word is "easily" :-)
