Add ability to show question at MTA per agent or user

It would be useful if we could have an additional function within the question builder to limit the ability for an agent to see a particular question at MTA stage.

Currently we have the ability to allow a particular question to be seen at MTA or not. An additional function of limiting this per agent or user would be beneficial to everyone.

  We would like to see this so that we can allow different users/agents the ability to see different/limited question sets at MTA

  Hi Rob,

  We think this would be beneficial as we have different agents who have the same scheme but may need certain questions asking which only apply to them.

  We would like to show certain MTA questions to one agent and not another. For example we have our 'Admin Users' in house who use the MTA quote process to make changes to policies once they receive documentation. ie correct NCD level.

  It would be handy if they could see some questions that the agent cant. We believe that this function may allow us the ability to do this?

  No, only hide questions from agents which are then visible only to internal staff.

  Ok,

  The problem here is that we want to trigger certain questions at MTA to show for internal users but not for Agents.

  If you used hidden questions but marked them as MTA only, they would only appear at MTA and would only be visible to internal staff users.
