Send a note with policy or quote documents

Hi

I would like to be able to send a note from the notes tab with a quotation or cert. For example insured has declared the risk is in a flood area we clear the referal exclude flood cover then send the documents.

by attaching the note as a PDF or even if it was on the email body we can kill to birds with one stone.

  Hello all,

  I would like to test the water with this feature request again.

  From a customer service point of view i would like to be able to generate a document and also generate a note to go with said document.

  For example

  Hello Mr Smith thank you for your call today as discussed please find attached a policy wording. Further more page 6 under general exclusions answers your query about...... etc.....

  This prevents the user (i.e me) having to send a separate email saying please see previous email with wording then.. regarding our telephone conversation etc... also when looking through the history of who sent what and when it will be a lot clearer, as you wont have to look at the note which says please refer to a previous email. then double check whether or not the previous email was sent....
