Additional tab for surveys Photos etc

We would like to have a tab added to each case where we can store the photos/surveys and survey results - currently this is in endorsment tab which is not the right place for the information to be stored. We feel info is important enough to have it own identifyable place..

  Hi Graham,

  These files can be uploaded to the system under the documents tab and made available to the client/broker if required. These can be named however you like.

  I'm not sure that adding a new tab would make things any easier.

  What do you think?

  how do you add to documents ? at present we have to add to a word document and then save under notes - Thanks Graham Argyle

  Graham,

  Open the case you want to attach a document to then click on the documents tab. From there click "Add New" then instead of using the dropdown box to create a new doc from a template click "Upload a File" instead. This is a link which appears underneath the dropdown. This will open a file selection popup where you can choose the file to upload. The system will also allow you to select more files to upload. Once the file has been uploaded you can make it visible to non admins by clicking the red X, which will change it to a green tick.
