Use RECORD TYPE as trigger in questions

On behalf of Brian Traynor I would like to be able to use RECORD TYPE (first renewal or adjustment) as a trigger in a question. i.e IF RECORD TYPE is Equal To Renewal then show this question.

  For the question you'd like to show only at Renewal or Adjustment stage, you could do the following:

  • Edit the questions for that scheme under Admin > Questions.
  • Click the Edit icon next to the question you'd like to edit.
  • In the section that looks like the below, just tick either or both of the tick-boxes as required:

    Show on

    MTA Quotes Renewal Quotes

  The result will be that the question will be shown only at Renewal or MTA as appropriate.

  PS Of course, you can continue to add triggers to the question as normal in addition to this.

  The problem with this is that we are unable to limit a question to only show at MTA and Renewal, excluding first premium

  Hi Adam,

  Unfortunately this solution still shows the question at First Premium even though the show at MTA box is ticked. Is there a way we can show at MTA and now at First Premium?
