Validate Inception Date type Questions against Expiry Date Question

If an Inception Date and Expiry Date Question types both exist in the Question Set validate them against each other so that the Expiry Date cannot be before the Inception Date.

  This should not be too dificult to do this with Javascript . This will only really be useful on schemes with periods other than one year which none of ours have at present but a good idea none the less.

  Yes, this was intended for a Scheme where its short period cover and the user enters a finish date that is before the start date and hence gets no quote.
