Changing the text on auto generated email bodies

When the system generates automatic emails, with policy docs attached the email body currently says to view your documents please log onto our system. It would be a great feature to change the email body that is created. in this instance it should read please see attached.

This would also be a great feature when promoting new products or services.

    I agree. It would be great if we were able to design all of the emails (Quotes, Schedules, Referrals etc.).

    Colin, It seems that there are 2 Feature requests on this. Can you merge with "Can we have the ability to edit/design quotation/on cover emails"?

    We're not able to merge these so have removed the other one since all the detail was here. Thanks for pointing this out. Hopefully this will get more votes now there's only one topic.

    This would be a really useful update. We do not currently allow broker login under most of our scheme's, so we have to remember to delete the reference to login. It would also be good to add our own personal template as we prefer to include a statement requesting the broker checks our documents before issuing to the client!

    This would be useful as we would like to email the customers directly but don't give them login access, also due to the nature of our scheme's we do not need the regulatory info in this format so being able to edit would be extremely useful. As it stands we cannot use this feature.

    A very welcome edition when it is eventually released... soon I hope. The ability to create these emails would provide a much more professional look.
