As mentioned above. We are planning to auto debit our agents, and it would make reconcilliation significantly easier for them after we have taken the money out of their bank accounts !!

  This method can be used to create an agent statement report the agent can run themselves which only applies to them.  Be careful though, this needs thorough testing to make sure you isolate the data you want them to see and nothing else.
