Make LastOnCoverDate available on docs and reports.
CompletedI would like to include the date a policy was put on cover (the transaction date) on reports and in documents. I don't believe this is currently possible but is a requirement of one of our underwriters.

This feature has now been released to Labs.
The Activity Log will now display the dates a Case has had its Status changed to On Cover.
In Reports there is now a field called Record Last On Cover that will pick up the most recent of these - this can be used in Bordereau reporting as requested above.

Hi Mark,
It will be for the actual record whether New, Renewal or Adjustment as it comes from the Activity log.
Any fields with Record in description are as it suggests as record level, if its from the original it would always be policy.
Just to update you this has now been removed from Labs and will only be available when the release goes out.
This is also only available as a function in Reports not Documents.
Regards
Colin

Colin,
Thanks for the update.
I assumed that this would also be available in documents and am a bit surprised to see that it will not. At least 2 of our insurers insist on this date being put onto schedules and will not accept otherwise.
The feature is not really of use to us at all without both parts. Can this be considered?
Best regards,
Mark

Colin/Adam.
This one has been going round in circles and I'm still not sure where we are with it. Can you please let me know whether this feature is now available on reports or when it will be? A number of our brokers are being required by insurers to report the date the policy was actually set to "On Cover" status and there is currently no other way to ascertain this information.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Mark
