Can we have a "View All" button for Rules per Scheme

It is really hard to check if certain rules are in place due to the number of different places a rule can be stored.  It is great to have all the options but just not easy when trying to find a specific rule.  A View all button would be a great help.

  Alternatively an export to csv would be a good interim step.
