Auto NTU - Change base date used

This auto run currently uses the original record created date - it should ideally use the date the status is changed to Pending otherwise cases may be marked as NTU too quickly

Would be nice to develop a log which records dates for ALL Status changes which can then be used to calculate the date for this run and also to add a field on the case record for Time of Last Status Change
