Amendment to Alerts

When working in the Question Editor if someone else logs in it automates an alert to tell you that someone else is working in the same scheme and that you need to either publish or refresh your browser to either save your changes and delete theirs or vice versa. It would be much more informative to know who else was logged in at the time so you can liaise with them to ensure work is not being lost.
