Add Premium Finance to SchemeServe

I think it would benefit a lot of users if you could add a premium finance option to the system.

We've been thinking about this feature again recently. It would really interest us to hear which finance companies our users are already working with so we can make a balanced comparison and informed decision before we proceed with this. If any of you have any information on this please get in touch!

There are a few providers out their, Close, Premium Credit and Premium First come to mind. I suspect Close and Premium Credit already have the infrastructure in place to get this done quickly.

We use Close Premium Finance at present as the rates for us are much better than the competition but if this were to be implemented it would be preferable to be given the option of a provider.

Once introduced it would be good to have the option of Finance, Card Payment or Invoice/Statement when holding cover.

We use Bexhill UK, and once we move to annual policies via Schemserve this would be invaluable, and would mitigate a considerable amount of manual and cumbersome work within administration... gets my vote

I have spoken to Close on this issue and it seems that they are going through a period of investigation into system automation at the moment. It may be a good time to speak with them about integrating with schemeserve.

We use CPF and is certainly an important option to provide to clients these days. We spoke to them a couple of months ago and they can integrate any system with their i-prompt facility. They even have their own integrations manager.

Close Brothers Premium Finance is coming to SchemeServe.

This feature has now entered the internal testing phase, so will be included in an imminent release (we hope the very next one).

We recommend that all SchemeServe clients who are interested in Premium Finance get in touch with Close right away to ensure their existing account is ready to use with SchemeServe or to create a new account.

This feature is being asked for by all of our brokers now. It is one of the areas I'm very keen to get going on. Do you have any idea when it will be available.

I need to come clean about this feature request! We've had to rethink this feature and it won't be coming to SchemeServe for a while yet. It's in active consideration though, and a popular wish list item for many SchemeServe users.

Seriously, You know I cant promise anything here. Kirsty and I are having a conversation next week, and we have already have had some conversations with Premium Credit. Watch this space!

Lovely John, I'll leave it in your capable hands.

Although Premium Credit and Close are probably teh main providers, there are others which I'm sure you will get requests for so a generic solution would be best if possible.

Can Scheme Serve also look at Prem Fina - much more attractive "white-labelled" business model for brokers/MGA's enabling us to manage our own customers rather than pass the relationship to the traditional players like Close Premium Finance. Thanks!

Hi Guys. We are currently unable to offer direct business on Schemeserve without this feature. Its addition would mean an immediate increase to our (and I suspect others) premium written through the system. Is there any further development?
