Schemes - Ability to change Order of Display /Group

It would be useful especially if you have a large number of Schemes to be able to change the order in which they are displayed in the Schemes Editor.

At present the order is Scheme Number which means that those we are of a common type or emanating from a certain source cannot be grouped together

Perhaps the Groups could be used for this or some sort of new Scheme Group
