Excess editing on Endorsements tab

Show 1st 2nd 3d excesses input boxes per claim type on Endorsements tab for each case. Save button would update the values. Boxes read-only if you are not Admin.

  A rating value for discounts applied for the adjustment would be of benefit also.

  I was just rereading my old post on this one and should have pointed out that the excess editing is found under the Claims tab when viewing a Case.
