Can I see the original insurer on a case?

Is there a way to see the original insurer on a case? When a case is first quoted, endorsements, documents, rates, rules, etc... are applied based off the original insurer. If the insurer is then changed in the matrix, the activity log simply says "The policy was modified (Modified on the 'Matrix' tab)". 

When a broker queries rates/referrals it is incredibly difficult to workout how they were applied if they have changed insurers. So is there a way to see this information?

  Hi Daniel, 

  There is no easy way of getting this information.  What some of our clients do is take snap shot of the matrix before changing insurer.  That way they have a record of what was there before.  You could also take screen shots of documents created, endorsements ect.

  It's only on the odd occasion that this would be useful for us. It's not feasible for all of our brokers to snapshot/screenshot every case they process. 

  If this isn't currently possible, should this be raised as a feature request?
