    Hi Daniel,

    Yes you can use Agent in the rating - you will need ;

    AccountRef:AccountRef

    ABC1

    Thank you Colin! That's brilliant - can you give us an example of how we would use this?

    Do you also know if it's possible to check for the site as well?

    Many thanks,

    Daniel

    In the example above if the Agent was ABC1 you could then have Set Fee for Policy Fee or Set Rate in Commissions

    You could also have totally different rates running for one Agent only if you put the Agent part in Column A

    Site Url is a Question but not sure how you could use that in rating as surely its static for the site you are in ?

    Hi Colin, we are looking at sharing a single scheme to multiple white label sites but each site could have slightly different rating. We can do this by copying the scheme on the main site then sharing that with the changes but it would be easier if we could ascertain the site URL in the matrix. Is this possible?

    Could you also give me an example on the AccountRef rating. How would we set the rate of question "BuildingsCover" to .1% if agent "ABC1"?

    I don't get the AccountRef:AccountRef bit. Should this be Answer:AccountRef?

    Can I only check account ref or is it also possible to set it in the matrix?

    Many thanks.

    Hi Mark,

    I will need to check on the condition for Site url format in the rating matrix but you can certainly use that in the Rule Builder

    Account Ref is correct so in your example it would be ;

    AccountRef:AccountRef              SetRate:BuildingsCover

    ABC1                                              0.1

    Hi Daniel,

    Its not possible to put the site url in the rating at the moment but we can see that this would be useful on shared schemes with different rating and commissions - this has been added to our future development list but I am not able to say at present when this may be available.

    Regards

    Colin
