Hi,

Is there a way when triggering a send email using the rule builder that you can input the date the rule was ran within the body/subject of the email?

  Hi Richard,

  The Referred Date is not currently available as a dynamic filed that you can build into your email message in the editor.

  However its something that we can now pick up in the new Referrals report so we may be able to get at this for documents as well.

  I think this could be useful - I think a Feature Request is probably the best way forward now - I will raise one now and see if other users vote on it.

  Within thin the content of the email message that you create in the rule builder you could use the dynamic field [CreationDate] - this would be the day that the email gets generated and also the day that the main rule runs so this should resolve the issue that you have
