is it possible to get a report of all users for all agents?

We need a list of all users against each agent

Is this currently possible?

  Hi Richard

  You can export details of all agents which will include the registered email address of each user on that agent account by clicking on the agents tab, then export agents with all groups & export to CSV (All).

  This may give you the details that you need, if not please raise a support ticket & we will see if we can extract the details that you require, please let us know the information that you would require for each user on the report.

  Hi Julie,

  I have aready tried this but it does not give usernames just email addresses registered against usernames.

  I will raise a ticket on this
