Accessing SchemeServe API

I work for and organisation that produces software for Acorn Insurance.  They have a SchemeServe site https://acorn.schemeserve.com that accesses their private data.  I can access this site via their credentials.

They have asked us to produce a piece of software that queries the API directly to generate a list or xml file of their private data. 

I have read the API Specification document.  However I cannot access the data using the API and the login details for Acorns SchemeServe site.  It just comes back with the site disabled web page. 

For example if I do the query https://api.shemeserve.com/cases/get/?format=xml and manually set the security headers to Acorns ceredentials I get the site disabled page.

Are their other credentials that I need to do this?

  Hi Steve,

  I think you meant to submit this on the API ticket we have open for you. I have merged your ticket into the API ticket in the support system :)
