What causes a policy to become "locked" ?
I have created a test case by a Power User for an Agent.
As a main Admin User I go into the case and edit it.
The original power User at no point sees a padlock to show the case is locked.
I have looked on the wiki page and cannot find anything. Can you please tell me what "causes" a case to become locked?
Also (and I know this is unlikely) is there any way to amend the amount of time cases get locked for?
I look forward to hearing from you
Cheers

Me again... A particular client is complaining about this lock period. It would seem that they are sitting at the edge of their seats waiting for quotes that need to go on cover IMMEDIATELY. It would then seem that if they get a phone call whilst waiting for the "lock period" to end they forget to go back to it later and put it on cover... So, is there a reason the lock period is for 15 minutes, could it perhaps be reduced to 5 minutes? (obviously I will raise a feature request if you think its worth it)
I am still not totally clear on this lock period to be honest, I would have thought a case would be locked whilst someone is in it but then unlocked as soon as they exit the case ?
