is this possible or would i have to add a box into the Question set and pull through the answer with a dynamic field ?

  Jamie,

  You will need to add a question in the question set and use this field in the documents. I don't believe there is any other way to do this but if you can give me an example of what you are trying to achieve I'll have a think.
