How can i create a referal for a change of policy status

How can i i create a referal if a user changes a policy status from On Cover to anything else? (From steve Brian is not in today)

  Hi Steve,

  That is not possible at the moment although any changes in Status which are made will be captured in the Activity tab for the case and they will be logged against that operator.
