Good monring

 

Mobile Phone iNsurance Direct has had a few problems over the weekend. We have had a number of error messages sent back when payment via D?D is requested. ie

 

ERRORS

Service '4' not available for location 'Direct11' (113292)

 

An application error occured on MPID

ERRORS

Error occurred. Please contact an Administrator

 

Any ideas ??? I look forward to hearing from you asap
