Good morning,

I've been attempting to run some test quotes - both last night and this morning and on a few occasions now the quotation process has ended with the following:

It seems there was a problem carrying out your last request.

The SchemeServe support team have been notified and will currently be looking into the problem.

You had this same error last time you were here - please contact us for assistance

Assuming you have looked into the problem, can you please tell me whats wrong?

  Hi Julie,

  This one needs to be a support ticket as its reporting a hard error that we need to investigate.

  Please put one on and i will get Rob to look at it
