Question-Fields not appearing in Rule-Builder dropdown lists, even though Questions are published.

Hi Guys,

I've got a Question page which has several Calculation-type questions. When a quote is done they appear as money fields (sum insureds), and works fine.

However, I need to add a referral rule based on some of these fields. When I go into rule-builder I cannot see the fields within the dropdown list, even though I have made sure I have published the questions.

Any thoughts?

  Which site is this on and under what Scheme ?

  Have you selected the correct Scheme in the Rule Builder ?

  It's the ITHC scheme called "Household Building and Contents via agents"

  Yes, definitely selected the right scheme.

  If you have a look at the Contents Cover page, it's the first 4 fields that are not visible within the Rule-Builder (the other fields on the page are) - is it because they are Calculation questions?

  Hi Paul,

  GetAnswer ones will not appear - you need to use GetCover - they should show OK
