    Hi,

    There is now a column in reports called "Record Endorsements" - it's a CSV list of the endorsement identifiers.

    I assume you mean the Identifier text, set when creating an Endorsement?

    That is correct. I need to be able be bring the ID's in (1, 5, 7, etc)

    HI,

    Currently adding [Underwriting.Conditions] or [Underwriting.Endorsements]  brings in the entire block, including the Ids.  So, are you asking that if you used [Underwriting.ConditionIds] if produced a list ID1, Id2, ID3    as a string of Ids.?  or something else?

    Hi John, I just tried this in a report and it didn't work ... is this for reports or for documents?

    Ah, sorry about that... I misread your problem.. Those tags only work in documents, i'm afraid.

    In your report, are you expecting a list of endorsement ids. e.g.   id1, id2,id3  as a single piece of text?

    I can't speak for Jon, but that is how I'd envisage them being on my reports, all concatenated in one field.

    I would like to see options to include ID's or Headers if possible.

    I believe there is already a feature request similar to this one.

    Hi

    We would really like this option too please, sometimes at renew a new insurer takes over the book of business. As we process our renewals a month in advance sometimes the correct endorsements are not added. If i could run a report every few days that had the endorsements included i could pick up any potential errors before the paperwork is sent out.

    HI Mark, When you say headers; what do you mean?

    I am thinking this is a line of text FIRE1,BUILD2  etc of the endorsement identifiers.  Do you mean that this might be:

    There cannot be an open fire, Building must be made of brick

    ?

    Hi John, I would like to see the 3 parts of the memoranda to be available separately in reports. ID, header and body. In a report column I would like to be able to request UnderwritingMemoranda.ID which would list the ID's of all attached memoranda in a comma separated list.

    Ideally this feature should be available for all parts of memoranda and conditions.
