When a case is first set up the system generates a Client Code for that client.
If another case for the same client is required up you can use the same client code at the get quote stage and this will populate the client details.
It will also alert you to the fact that this client has another case on the system with the text - 1 policy was found to have the same Agent and Client combination. This is all very helpful.
If the person inputting a new case for an existing client does not use the existing client code or the client search function at the get quote stage the system generates a new client code.
After the case has been set up you can view the client by clicking view on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.
Would it be possible to add another button "Switch" (the same as the Agent Tab above) to enable the case to be switched to another client code?
