Automation of claims process - add auto-generated claim status

    Further to the above, can we allocate all claims with, for example, a claims status of 'Open - awaiting claim form' to a group called 'Open - awaiting claim form & the make it so we can run a report specifically for that group of claims?

    ... & do this on both Three.ie & Loveit Coverit SchemeServe, for each claim status listed below:

    Open
    Open -Awaiting claim form
    Open - Awaiting documents
    Open - Under 1st review
    Open - Under 2nd review
    Rejected
    Open - Awaiting excess
    Withdrawn
    Open - Awaiting repair / replacement
    Accepted

    Also, can you make it so the claims status & the status changed date on each claim can drive a diary date which can be reported on to show when the next task is due to be carried out? and what that task is?
