    This could be achieved immediately by hiding the prefix on the customer name via CSS...

    #ctl00_MainContent_ContactName_Title{display:none}

    ...and then adding a custom defined dropdown question where you could define all the options you would like to make available.

    Documentation would of course also need changing to reflect that change.

    Alternatively, you could switch the insured name from a Contact Name question (i.e Title Firstname Surname) to a simple Insured Name (free format) question, which would allow them to freely type the name they wish to appear on policy documents.

    That's not of course to say that adding more titles to the drop down shouldn't be considered as an addition to the software, but I just thought I'd share some immediate options.

    I like this idea, the ability to add new titles would be useful. I've just had a request to add "Mr & Mrs".

    Not sure about the Mr & Mrs one - theres limited space in those drop downs in terms of width, especially on the Agent Registration page, but in general terms it seems reasonable to add other titles.

    We already have Captain, so Major seems reasonable, so does Lord and Lady. Will see what I can do - no promises mind;)

    I see that Lord and Lady have been added to the list, thank you for that.  Any chance of Major and Reverend (or Rev.)?
