    Hi Carl, 

    Thank you for raising this.  There was an import running on AD3 which has now completed.  Please can you test this and let me know if things are back to normal? 

    Also if you get another issue like this, in the future the best place to raise it is by raising a ticket here:

    Hi. Thanks for your email. Things seem to be running normally now.

    I raised a ticket as requested but given the urgency of the job I wanted to speak to someone as well.
