hiding the cases page for users and not admin

    Hi Kevin,

    Unfortunately there is no way to do this that we're aware of.  The user privilege level is not exposed anywhere in the DOM so you can't pick it up with Javascript.  If you can find an element on the page which you know is only shown to Administrators then you could detect that, but I don't think there are any such elements on that page.

    Hi Adam i have only found a named directory difference but i know that cant be controlled with js i believe unless you know different... and a form action but failing to control that!!

    If you can find something in the DOM then I see no reason why you couldn't use Javascript to detect it.

    I could get a Javascript developer to look at this for you if you like but it would be a chargeable request, it's not part of our standard support service?
