This is a small maintenance release, and we are pleased to announce that SchemeServe LABS has been updated already and will be placed live to all on Monday night, the 28th of January with the following new features and updates:
Added a new rule type RemoveEndorsement, so you can now remove endorsements using the rule builder.
Added the ability to collect client name and email address before a quotation has completed.
Fixed an issue where [Policy.DocumentsList] in email templates was listing multiple names of the same document.
Added a client search to the API so an existing client can be retrieved and used for another policy.
We now show the product (scheme) name on the customer portal so that your customer can easily identify which one is which when they have multiple policies with you.
Added a new rule type to check for an existing payment schedule and then run rules based on the answer.
Added a scheme setting to not re-apply previously cleared referrals when you rerun rules. In order to maintain backward compatibility this is OFF by default.
Documents uploaded to a case can now be included as attachments in emails. This is configurable via a scheme setting. This is OFF by default as it's more secure to make sure the person accessing the document has a SchemeServe login.
Changed Calculation Rounding to show 4 decimal points in the matrix. Rounding to 2 was causing issues with some external policies where the final premium was pre-determined but then unattainable after rounding to 2 and then applying IPT.
Fixed an issue where using double quotation (") marks in referral reasons for a rule would blank out the text when it was used in a document.
Restructured some help text that did not always fit on a mobile device screen.
Changing only fields that do not affect the calculation to no longer cause a full recalculation of other figures during a Mid Term Adjustment.
You are now able to create multiple refunds for a single policy within the money tab whereas before you could only do one.
There was an issue with Multi-Page copy page showing incorrect dropdown details on the new page.
Fixed an issue with cancellation return premium transactions getting allocated to the record previous to the cancellation record.
Fixed an issue where inception backdating was getting checked at some points when the case was already On Cover.
Changed the narrative in respect of Auto Renew on or off to make it clearer what is happening in the activity log.
Added "Exec's of" to the title list of Client.ContactName question types.
Fixed an issue where the Client date of birth question answers were not carrying through to MTA records.
Fixed an issue with Multi-Page Question Triggers to allow non Multi-Page questions and tabs to be triggered from any Multi-Page answer.
When Commission Flex is enabled but a quote refers the Agent is unable to complete the Flex choice as the final premium is unknown. Once referrals are cleared and the Agent tries to commence cover a message was shown informing the Agent that they could not commence cover. Now they are taken back to the Flex choice in order for them to commence cover without intervention.
Fixed an issue with Commission Flex on Internet Explorer version 11 on Windows 7.
