The next SchemeServe maintenance release is now ready. The date for this release will be Tuesday 20th October 2020 at approximately 22:00.

You can test the update by visiting the labs environment here:
In this release:
[DEV-1219] - Setting a Renewal Requote record to 'Draft' changes 'Pending/Invited' to 'Draft'
When the renewal requotes feature was active setting a case record to draft would also cause any other case records on the same case that were set to pending/Invited to also change to draft.
This has been changed so that when changing a renewal to Draft no others are affected.
[DEV-929] - Run Cancellation premium rules when leaving Pending
This was changed so that users can see what the changes will be had they Cancelled the policy instead of leaving it Pending for review.
[DEV-1317] - Allow Scheme Owners to Toggle if Sharee Sites can Bind Cover
An option has been added to scheme sharing to allow the owner of a scheme to delegate the binding of the cover to the sharee site. This will aid in the management when schemes are shared across white-labeled sites however staff only have access to one subsite rather than the top-level site.
[DEV-1316] - Stop Rules Failing to Decache when being hit constantly
Previously the caching applied on the rules to decrease load time was on a sliding expiration so when constantly being run didn't de-cache for an additional 10 minutes. This has been changed so that they are refreshed every minute, meaning that once a rules has been adjusted the longest it will need before it comes into effect would be 1 minute.
[DEV-600] - When agent clicks "Payments not up to date" show message "You will be invoiced for payment in the usual manner"
When an agent clicked "payment not up to date" It was not entirely clear for agents that immediate payment was not required. This has been adjusted to display an additional message to the agent on the client money tab "you will be invoiced for payment in the usual manner."
[DEV-699] - Rules using table column totals - additional narrative displayed in activity log
Previously when a rule was set to look at table column totals the activity log was displaying information regarding the first row. This was not useful as it takes all rows into consideration. This has now been adjusted to remove information pertaining to a specific row as this was not confusing in the case activity log.
[DEV-751] - Quotation Summary page - back button doesn't go back to question set
When using the aggregator it was possible that pressing the browser back could cause the user to go back and show unexpected results. This has been fixed to stop this from happening.
[DEV-783] - SetAgentId in rating file doesn't set the Commissions to Agent to the correct Agent
When setting the agent for a case in the rating file the correct new agent was not being set and the commission chain was not being updated correctly. This change fixes the rate action so that it updates the commission chain as well as updating the agent for the case.
[DEV-846] - [UserName] And [UserPosition] tokens not working in email templates.
The tokens for [UserName] and [UserPosition] were not correctly populating in email templates. This has been fixed so that the current sending user info ([UserName] and [UserPosition]) can be populated.
Please note that the token [User.Username] is only populated for New user / Reset password type emails.
[DEV-996] - Rate getting reset even when locked
Previously in a rare set of circumstances, it was possible to adjust a rate even though it had been locked with the rate locking feature. This has now been fixed so that when it is locked it can no longer be adjusted.
[DEV-1010] - Client able to add question to a scheme with a generic system ID
When adding questions to a scheme questionset there are certain reserved SystemID that should not be possible to use. This list has been updated to include the latest reserved terms from our generic SystemID list.
[DEV-1044] - [Control:Paragraph] visible in Document Editor Preview
Previously the [Control:XXX] tokens in the documents were visible during previews. This has been rectified so that they are now removed when previewing a document.
[DEV-1116] - Uploading a scheme logo larger than 1mb throws unhandledexception
Previously when attempting to upload a site logo files larger than 1mb an unhandled exception was thrown. We have added additional client-side validation to check for the image size prior to upload to stop images larger than 1mb being uploaded.
[DEV-1137] - Validation in Questions text changed to match exact operation
In the questionset editor question validation rules, the operator Greater/Less than would also validate if the value was equal to the value of the condition. We have made a visual adjustment so that the operators are now Greater/Less Than or Equal To.
[DEV-1142] - Full Term / Rnl MTA figures for MultiPage not present
Previously the future figures for items were not present when performing an MTA on a case containing multipage items. This has been adjusted to display all the figures and what the premiums would be for these items
[DEV-1167] - Renewal Notes don't grey out like other notes
We have made a styling adjustment to renewal notes so that they are greyed out in the same as other notes if they are not related to the current case record.
[DEV-1177] - Fix Image Caching in Documents Editor
Previously when making changes to images in the document editor it would take time for the cache to expire before the changes would be visible. This has been adjusted to update the cache immediately so that changes are reflected as soon as the template is updated.
[DEV-1188] - Fix Date Drop down from validating onchange to validating onblur
Previously date dropdown boxes were validated using an onchange event meaning that the date attempted to validate as soon as one of the fields had been updated. This has been adjusted to an onblur event so that the field is validated once a user leaves the fields, meaning that the date will not be validated until the user clicks off of the date field it will not attempt to validate whilst still updating the date.
[DEV-1217] - Remove 'Abort' button from case imports as it doesn't do anything
The abort functionality had been depreciated in a previous release however the abort button was still present in the interface. This has been updated to remove the abort button.
In the event that an import needs to be removed the rollback import functionality can be used once the import has completed.
[DEV-1236] - Requotes - Client.ClaimCount not working
The Client.ClaimCount was not working carrying over into requotes, this has been added in so that the claim count will now copy over any existing claims into the re-quote.
[DEV-1242] - Resend Welcome Emails/Reset Password not working
The previously added security feature to block user access from logging when an incorrect user password was entered incorrectly too many times was causing an issue with welcome emails and reset password emails. This was adjusted so that when requesting an updated welcome email or reset password email and the password was reset that the failed login count was set to 0 again to enable the user to successfully login again.
[DEV-1247] - Commission to Broker field missing after updating question set
When new RiskGroups are added and the question set on an existing case is updated the commission chain is now also updated to include the new RiskGroups.
[DEV-1249] - DataLookups don't download CSV files if a ZIP has previously been uploaded
When a file lookup had been uploaded as a CSV then it would always default to downloading this version even if a later version had been uploaded as a ZIP file. This has been fixed so that the latest version will be downloaded regardless of the format that it was uploaded in.
[DEV-1307] - Unable to add image in document editor.
In certain circumstances during file uploads, the file extension could be stripped from the file causing an error. This has been fixed so that files will always maintain their correct file extension.
Despite extensive manual and automated testing from SchemeServe, we are not currently able to test every scheme. If you do encounter an issue that you believe may be related to the update then please contact our obsessive support team who will be happy to help.
