    Thanks Rob and any idea of times? we have brokers in diffrerent time zones using the portal so would like to let them know roughly when the down time will be and how long it's likely to last for.

  • Hi Stephan,

    Your comment seems to have got stuck in moderation and has only just come through.

    When we release there isn't any downtime, there can be a slight delay for the first few requests but most people don't notice.

    I hope that clears it up and I do apologise about however this got stuck, I'll investigate!
