One of our supplier services that provides our postcode lookup data is experiencing problems. This makes SchemeServe say that the address is not found when entering a valid postcode.
We are in constant touch with the provider who is working hard to resolve the issue.
We will update here as we learn more.

This has now been resolved and lookups are back to normal. If you are still experiencing any difficulties please talk to our Obsessive Support(tm).
