We have received a number of calls saying some of our customers cant replay to emails generated by our helpdesk. We can see that we are getting some, but by no means are all getting through. Currently the success rate seems around 1 in 3.
We have been talking with Google, who provide our mail service, and it seems like there was something wrong there.
We think it is now resolved, but I'm told it might take a few hours to get everywhere across the Internet.
