We are pleased to announce the SchemeServe update due to be released Monday night (18th) with the following updates and New Features:
So what's the important stuff in this release?
This release is focused primarily on small changes and improvements to the software, though the changes to the Direct Debit Cancellation process will make life a little easier for those customers dealing by Direct Debit.
11256 Fixed an issue where no payments types had been setup on a scheme, preventing cover from being started.
11255 For pay monthly policies paid by Direct Debit, if the customer cancels the Direct Debit instruction, the policy is now also marked as cancelled automatically.
11184 Resolved an issue in Sanctions checking, where matches on multiple separate words are now highlighted correctly making it easier to spot why a match was suspected.
11156 For multipage questions, missing information on one particular page when submitting a quote now causes that page to be brought into view for correction, making it easier to find what was wrong.
10984 Expanded a display field which was wrapping on the case screen when negative values for fees in the hundreds of pounds were displayed, so the whole value now fits better.
9953 A few documents were showing deleted rows from a table during an MTA. This was due to some invalid data being entered. Have made a change to prevent the invalid data from showing.
8114 You no longer have to change tabs and change back again when viewing agent commissions after selecting a scheme from the dropdown list.
7671 You can now choose to exclude certain columns on a report when exported. For example, you may include a reference column you need on the report, but don't want to send it to an insurer as part of the bordeaux.
The update has been tested by our team, however should you notice anything out of place, please do let us know either by calling our support line, or adding a ticket, and we'll make sure to take care of you.
No downtime is expected for this update.
IN ADDITION - the NEXT update (not this one) will remove the ability to embed SchemeServe in an IFRAME or FRAMESET. If you are using this method to embed part of SchemeServe into your sales pages, then this will stop working soon. Please get in touch with our Obsessive Supporttm so we can tell you some alternatives.
