Earlier today, around 14:45 GMT, approximately 1 in 3 connections to the case record screen failed. This was due to an issue with one particular server. We removed that server from service and SchemeServe resumed normal operation within about 10 minutes.
We continued the investigation with the rogue server and have corrected the fault. The server has now been returned to normal service and is functioning normally.

Schemeserve seems to have gone down again. Is this the same problem?
