I agree, it would make is flow a lot better and stop the 111/1111111 that currently goes in to the ERN question.

This is really urgent now, we need to give to be able to ask for the ERN when the broker/client clicks On Cover. We also need to ask if they are a Parent or Child company.   We keep getting people ...

Rob,   Does 'Cases by Creation' show the date when the quote was originally put on the system or the date the policy was changed to 'on cover'?

That would be good for us too. I would also like a way of limiting the amount rows available in a table and maybe an option so they couldn't pick the same thing twice.
