This would be really useful. A broker will often get to the end of a quote with a client over the phone and want to go back over the answers given to confirm.

3. Ability to select multiple endorsments

This would save loads of time. Adding 10 endorsements to a case currently takes ages. It would be great to just select a number of standard endorsements from a lost with single click.
