Add "Main Insurer" dropdown on the Cases screen

On the Cases screen it is currently possible to filter by:

STATUS
AGENT
CLIENT
SCHEME
DATES

It would be really helpful if a further filter could be added: MAIN INSURER

This would save so much time when trying to find specific cases or looking for cases by a certain insurer.  I understand that it would not be easy to add the ability to search by other risk groups as all schemes have different risk groups, but restricting it to Main would still be really beneficial.

I am thinking about this from an Admin perspective, I am not sure the same functionality should be available to clients/agents as there may be insurers behind the scenes that Users do not want to be made public.

  You can now search by Insurer on the cases search.

  This would also be nice to have when testing on specific insurers.
